We picked up our new puppy, Kobie (previously named Emily), from the airport on Tuesday, July 1, 2014. Even though her flight was delayed three hours and we have to drive two hours to and from the airport I wouldn't change it for the world. She is the sweetest little thing and already has a special place in our hearts. Everywhere we go people stop and adore her.

When we decided we wanted to get a puppy we were unsure at what breed to go with at first, but after some research we decided shiba was the breed for us. We looked all over for a shiba puppy and there wasn't any breeders for hundreds of miles. We almost gave up hope until we found My Shiba and the very next day, placed a deposit on our new baby girl. At first we weren't comfortable with buying a puppy online and having her shipped, but Danielle made us feel safe with Skype chats and videos. We are so in love with her and we can't wait to grow and learn with her.
